<image:title>Fellowship - Sunday School</image:title>
<image:caption>Pilgrim Church provides Sunday School classes at 10:00 am for all ages on each Sunday of the year, except July and August. We welcome you to join us in studying the Word of God. We honor the Great Commission call to make disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ to the glory of God. Through faithful teaching, we seek to grow spiritually as a church family and demonstrate evidence of our relationship with Christ Jesus by meeting the needs of those near and far. In youth programs, from preschool through junior high school, we provide systematic Christ-centered biblical education, primarily using material produced by Great Commission Publications, which is a joint publication organization of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and the Presbyterian Church of America. In our high school and adult classes, we study the Bible and Christian beliefs, examine church history, and discuss practical applications of Christian living.</image:caption>

Each group has its own uniqueness. Check with our church office (942-8054) for updated information. Each Wednesday Pilgrim Church meets for Study and Prayer at 6 pm. We join together in prayer for the needs and concerns of our Pilgrim family, our community, our nation, our leaders, our missionaries, and other timely matters. Please join us for this time of sweet fellowship.</image:caption>

Our regular church-wide events include: the Memorial Day picnic, Harvest Party and a Fall Missions Conference. Email churchoffice.pilgrimopc@gmail.com for more information on any of these events. In addition to these regular events, another very popular annual event on the Pilgrim Church calendar is the Annual Church Camping Trip at Peaks Kenny campground near Dover-Foxcroft, Maine in July. <image:title>Fellowship - Youth Ministry</image:title>
<image:caption>Pilgrim Church has a very active youth ministry led by elder Nathan Lambert. We seek to treasure the triune and living God as He graciously enables us to glorify and enjoy him! Regular youth group (Jr. & Sr. High combined) meets on most Saturday evenings at the church building from 6 pm to 8:00 pm. We pray, we sing, we laugh, we hang out, we play games, but most of all, we study God’s Word in order that our treasuring all that he is for us in the Lord Jesus is guided and guarded by the truth. To go even deeper with God, there are also two Living for Christ (2 Cor. 5:14-15) discipleship groups available. One for young men and one for young women. This time includes Bible study, prayer, accountability and memory work. In addition, we also have times of fellowship and service activities each month. To see what is going on this week, please call the church (207) 942-8054 or email Nathan at popcyouthministry@gmail.com. Each Summer the youth group together with the youth director and adult chaperones, serves together as a family in Christ on a weeklong missions trip. Trips in the past have included renovation work in Neon, KY and evangelistic work at the Boardwalk Chapel in Wildwood, NJ. For more information about any aspect of Pilgrim’s youth ministry, please e-mail Nathan at popcyouthministry@gmail.com.</image:caption>

<image:title>What to Expect - What You Can Expect Visiting Pilgrim</image:title>
<image:caption>Our congregation is multi-generational and represents people from many different places in life. We cherish our aging brothers and sisters as much as we do the boisterous young families, and everyone in between. We meet together for worship each Lord’s day in the sanctuary on the second floor of our church building. We have ushers ready to greet you as you arrive. Our worship services are grounded in a traditional focus on the preaching of the Word of God, the administration of the sacraments (baptism and communion), and prayer. We aim to make our services full of reverent joy. After a few brief congregational announcements, our service begins with a Scriptural call to worship. We then pray, sing, and confess the faith together. We sing hymns from the Trinity Hymnal (which contains music from all ages of church history) as well as God-glorifying contemporary songs. The sermon is typically about 40 minutes long and is expository in nature (i.e. we simply preach our way through each passage of the Bible). Every other week we celebrate the Lord’s supper. We happily welcome your children into our worship services. We offer a children’s service option for those who would like to take it, but it warms our hearts to hear the cooing and fidgeting of your little ones. God sees them as precious and so do we. If you are not a Christian, we want you to know you’re welcome to join us. We strive to make the teachings of God’s word clear for people in all places of life. If you’re curious about our preaching, you can listen to previous sermons or watch our pastor’s Romans 8 Bible study video series here. Need help? Have questions? If you would like to connect with us, please reach out to the pastor or one of our elders when you visit. We would be pleased to help in any way we can. We look forward to seeing you.</image:caption>
